Do you buy products from individuals?

Do you accept items and furniture for consignment?
Unfortunately, no. La Vitrine makes direct purchases. You can find details in the purchase section.
Do I need to create an account to order?
Absolutely not... However, we highly recommend it, especially if you intend to purchase again. The advantage of creating an account on our site is that it allows you to save certain information, such as your shipping address, saving you from having to manually re-enter it all.
How does an order work ?
1- Log in to your account if you have one (this is not mandatory)
2- Add the items to your cart
3- When you have added everything to your cart, click on "Place order" located in the cart
4- If you weren't logged in, you can still do so at this point. The shipping fields must be completed if they aren't pre-filled. At this point, you can add a discount code if you have one.
5- Click on "Continue to shipping" and choose the delivery methods you wish to apply.
6- Click on “continue” (the button appears once the delivery address is correctly entered).
7- Choose your payment method. Then fill in the requested fields.
8- Don't forget to accept the general conditions of sale before finalizing the order.
How do I track my order and delivery?
An initial confirmation is sent to you following the processing of your order during which we confirm that there is no stock shortage and that everything is ready to be shipped (in the case of a delivery request).
Upon shipment, a second confirmation will be sent to you to indicate the tracking number and the carrier or service provider.
In the case of orders with a large delivery, we will contact you to confirm the terms and conditions together, such as the delivery date or the choice of carrier.
I find some delivery charges too high. What happens if this happens?
As our order management system is not perfect, some delivery charges may have been applied twice or may be very high compared to reality.
In this case, do not hesitate to contact us to rectify any errors and provide you with an accurate quote.
